chinese contract question

Hey guys I have a question. I recently signed a contract with a Chinese school but right afterward I got offered a better job. So can i just sign the newer contrast and take that job or am i obligated to take the first job

There should be a clause in your current contract which states the penalties for breaking a contract, if one does not exist then they might of arranged a probationary period with you during which either party can leave the job without penalty.

You need to figure out whether this new job is worth the hassle of changing jobs.
