Dear Lucy,

I have been teaching for over two years, but have been using quite a different methodology from what has been requested of me.

Do you have any ideas how I would create a lesson plan for the above topic, encompassing: introductions, explaining job and tasks to level B1 students?

Any advice and tips would be warmly welcome.

Could you please give some more information on what you are teaching here. I'm not sure I understand what you are asking about.
