Hi Lucy

I am currently completing my PGCE in post-compulsary education. I also hold the Trinity Cert.TESOL.

I am currently teaching ESOL to 16 -19 year old dependants of migrant workers, one of which I think may experience dyslexia as a barrier to learning English.

Do you know of any diagnostic assessments for assessing dyslexia in learners who have English as an additional language? I am hoping to use my finding in a conference paper, as well as helping my learner.

Any information on dyslexia and learners with EAL would be greatly appreciated.
