Preparing to teach TEFL

have been teaching English for the past 7 years, and I have a TESOL certificate. I have been given a job to teach the TEFL program. Any advice? Any advice on material too.

I'm not entirely sure what programme you are talking about. I guess you are about to do some teacher training. is that correct? Could you also please tell me more about the programme and the people you will be training?

I'll be able to give you some ideas then.
