Can you help me with my new management role?

Recently, I was informed that I will be promoted to a management position by my employer. Having never held such a position before, I am a little apprehensive about my lack of experience. So, I thought I would consult board members about this. Are there any books/resources that give information about managment issues, specifically, language program management? Thanks in advance for your assistance in this matter.

Dear Sadebugo,

You could start by looking at a book by Ron White. I think the title is quite simply EFL Management. In any case, I'm certain about the author; you could try putting his name into a search engine.
