I'm afraid I don't know about any summer schools in Turkey.
You could try any or all of the following:
contact regular schools, sending your CV and enquire about teaching over the summer;
you could contact institutions at holiday destinations (hotels (including large chains), tourist information centres, summer camps etc)and enquire about openings for teaching;
do you want to be employed or self-employed? I don't know how to go about working freelance in Turkey. You could find out about this and advertise your services as a freelance teacher;
you might find a Turkish family who want to hire a private teacher for their children in the holidays. I'm not sure where you would find out about this; you might need to place an ad yourself for this type of work;
find out if any universities in your country have exchange programmes. You might be able to teach students in their Turkish university as preparation for their year abroad.
Good luck! I'd be interested to hear how it goes.
