I have recently started giving lessons once a week for an hour to 3 Polish intermediate students who are 16 years old. I'm struggling to think of an interesting speaking lesson to give them. Any tips please!

I have found that teenagers love activities based around telling lies. You can get a collection of pictures from the web or the press (any picture at all will do). Hold the picture so that only you can see it and describe it to your students. They have to say whether you are truly describing the pic or lying. Once they get the hang of it, let them do the same in groups.
That's just one quick idea.

That's great, thank you. I'll use that next lesson.

Glad to help!
You could also do a search through this forum. I've answered quite a few questions on getting teenagers to speak. I'm sure you'll find ideas here!
