Can you help?

I have been out of teaching for 11 years but have an interview on Wed at an FE college. One of the interview tasks is: you will be given 1 hour to write a 20 hour scheme of work from a given syllabus. How can I prepare for this? What sort of thing will be expected? (Struggling to remember much of what is learnt at what levels...)
