Questions about i-to-i Teach in China Internship

Hello everybody :),

I'm very new to TEFL and really excited at the same time. I'm currently doing a 120hours TEFL course online and as much as I'm enjoying the learning side, the practical side lacks no real experience at all.
My plan is to try and get in on the next i-i TEFL China internship, which is basically 6 months teaching in china with all the help you can get, "so they say" so my practical skill can be improved.
I would like to know and hear from some members here that may have took there internship on and could share there experience (good or bad) with me here as i-i have many good reviews but possibly not sharing as much info as we would like :). I'm not saying its a bad company, just some outside opinions.
Secondly at the same time I'm very nervous about the whole thing as well as excited lol in case i make a huge flop, would just like some feedback on how you coped and managed the first few months successfully and did you feel the same as me??
Sorry for going on and thanks for any reply i get to any of my questions.

I don't know anything about this scheme in particular, but why not just get a normal paid job, something you could easily do in China with a degree and an online TEFL cert?

Thanks for your reply but unfortunately i spent my young adult years completing an apprenticeship, rather going to university which i regret now :( . So my other option is to go to this internship and hope that my slight experience would be enough to land me a legally paid job in china.

Any recommendations from anybody else who has found work abroad without a degree?

Hiya,
I'm in exactly the same position as you were as I also did an apprenticeship and therefore have no degree.
I'm too looking strongly at going with the i to i internship, did you do it in the end? how was it?
