Spain - Civil Service Exam paper in English

Navarra region are introducing this 'add on' option paper for employees. I am aware they are already available in other regions. I have an student taking the exam next week and he has asked for intensive appropriate lessons but it is hard to know where to start.
Can anyone teaching in another area of Spain advise what is likely to be involved in his exam please?
