Need to interview an EFL teacher

Hello, I am a high school student doing my senior paper on teaching EFL classes and making EFL lesson plans. I need to interview an actual EFL teacher as a requirement. All you need to do is a quick, 20 question survey. Please reply if you can help me out. :]
