Hey! Does anyone know about Educational Consulting?

By any chance would you know an Educational Consultant, working free lance or for a firm or agency?

From any country, but especially from Central and South America and Africa.

They are helping students to go study in unis and colleges in the UK, and they are not so easy to find from the UK even with google. But from there, asking unis for example or reading the local ads, it is said to be easier to find names, websites or contact details.
So your help would be life saving in order to start my network and get information at least.
