Hello, I'm considering teaching ESL after I graduate, and so I chose it to be the topic of my research paper on a specific vocation. However, I need to have at least two people complete a questionnaire. Would any of you teachers be willing to help me out and let me add this in to my paper? :)

What is your name?

How many years have you been teaching and where?

What certificates or degrees do you have?

What would you say is an average salary to expect in your area, and is it enough to live comfortably with?

What other benefits have you received?

Have you found this career a disruption of normal living standards?

Are you satisfied with your choice to teach EFL?

Thank you so much!

This type of survey is very hard to fill out. Let me show you why.

What is your name?
TOO PERSONAL, unless you'll take nicknames or first names only.

What would you say is an average salary to expect in your area, and is it enough to live comfortably with?
What do you mean by "area"? My geographic area, or my area of expertise, or my area of education (high school, university, conversation school, business English school)? I assume you mean geographic, but you need to ask what kind of teaching is done, too, or the answer is meaningless for comparison.

What other benefits have you received?
Salary is not a benefit, so to ask what "other" benefit is incorrect.

Have you found this career a disruption of normal living standards?
What the heck does this mean?

Are you satisfied with your choice to teach EFL?
Are you looking for a yes/no answer? Perhaps qualifying it to a scale of 1 to 5 would help. But even more than that, what do you define as "satisfied"?
