Non teacher-centered method for ESL

I am seeking a non teacher-centered method to teach ESL. The reason therefor is this: As a diabetic, I get very tired when i use traditional teacher-centered approaches to TESOL/ESL.

I would greatly appreciate your sending me webpages showing how to attainsuch goal.
