Where are the well-behaved kids?

Hi all. I really like teaching good kids, but I hate teaching bad kids. Can anyone tell me of any countries where the kids are really well behaved?

Thailand for sure (someone else will beat them for you if they step out of line), Japan (ages 5 to 9), not Spain, not Italy, maybe Turkey, North Korean political prisons

(the last one is a joke)
