Passport Info-Spain

Hello. I would like to move, live, work in Spain. I am an American with rights to obtain dual citizenship with Spain and get a Spanish passport. I have written the Justice Dept in Spain (Madrid) but I have yet to receive any answers. Can anyone tell me how to apply in English for a passport? Thanks.-Agreeable

What’s your reason for wanting to put in your application in English? I don’t think that would help to speed up the process.
