Teaching in either London or Kenya

I haven't got a CELTA yet, but am just finishing my Masters in Linguistics at SOAS.

I'm wondering what kind of job prospects there are for a TEFL teaching in London.

Also, as my wife is Kenyan, I am quite interested in job prospects in Kenya, particularly Nairobi or Kisumu. Does anyone have an idea of the kind of salary one could get?
