Pre celta advice

I have been accepted onto a CELTA course and excited / nervous.
I'm looking at some stuff now and I can admit I have never heard of most of this stuff and was not taught it at school (modal auxiliary, demonstrative / determiner, prepositions, indefinite articles) etc. I'm getting quote nervous now because I have a lot to learn! I presume a lot of this grammar is not taught in the lessons.
Is their anything in particular I should know inside out (probably all) before I start the course.I want to make it as least stressful as possible so I am not overwhelmed. Thanks in advanced.
