Which textbook for DELTA?

Hi, can somebody recommend any teacher training/development books which will help me prepare for and use in cojunction with a DELTA?

Here's a link to article written by someone who took the DELTA. It's actually from this site in the esl articles section. He basically summarizes the +/- of the program and also mentions some books for prereading.
