CEFR (L1) Exam - self-study and cost?

is it possible to self study, the sit the exam independently? If so, how much would the exam CEFR (L1) cost?

I have no idea which exam you mean or which exam provider are you thinking of, nor indeed what L1 in the CEFR scale means. Cambridge KET?
