Hi
I have been a special needs teacher for 13 years. I am looking for a new challenge and think TEFL may be the answer. My problem is which course? I know Cambridge, Trinity and DELTA are the best. However, i have a full time job and live in Scotland so residential appears to be out and on line ones get a really bad name. Any advice? I am hoping to teach in Europe.

Some online ones do have a better rep than others. If you do a bit of digging about you'll find the big two which are respectable and then you can ignore the others.
