Preparation before the course

Hi there,
Im staring the CELTA course next week and although they have given me a pre-course task to do, I'm wondering is there anything else I can do to prepare for the course or even more so, to lighten the work load during the course as I've heard how intense it is.
Anything I should organise or try have prepared to maybe make things a bity easier during the 4 wks. Any advice would be great.
