Higher studies TEFL

Hi
I have a TEFL certificate and have been teaching for 5 years now. I am very interested in studying a TEFL Diploma or the DELTA.
My first question is - how does the Diploma compare to the DELTA? Is it as good and as internationally recognised?
My second question - is it possible to take the DELTA without having the CELTA certificate, given that I already have a TEFL certificate and have 5 years experience?
Lastly, could you please give me a few good institutions/universities where I could study either online?
