TEFL IN CUSO: MAXIMO NIVEL, EBC, or any other?

Hello,
I am thinking in taking a TEFL course in Cusco. At this point, I am doubting between Maximo Nivel and Ebc, but I don´t like the fact that I have to pay so much in advanced. Besides, I am not native speaker, as you can guess, and they send me a mail telling me if I pay I am in; so I don´t know if later they won´t allow me to enroll, or when they will test my level of english.
In anyway, my question is if someone can advise me about in which course should I enroll.
