Firstly you don't need a CELTA to
teach in Russia. A degree plus a TEFL Certificate is fine. (Another reason I'd suggest not taking a CELTA at this stage is that it is a very intensive course and not designed for complete beginners who usually find it too much; I always recommend to people to take the course after they've been in the business a couple of years and know the basics already.)
What might be useful is to talk to
Serendipity Russia which in an American based school in Russia which introduces and trains English teachers. They run courses each year and can help you find work as well.
