How does one become a certified teacher trainer?

Hi everyone,

I'm new to the boards here. I was wondering how one would become a certified teacher trainer. My long term teaching plans include opening my own ESL school that also trains teachers, but I have been unable to find any information that describes how a school can get internationally recognized certification to train teachers. What I want is that I can have prospective teachers train at my school, earn a certificate, and have that certificate actually mean something when they go look for jobs. I hope my question makes sense
