the enigma of US TEFL courses

Im lookin to do a 120+ hour TEFL course in Chicago asap but Im not sure if they are held in any decent regard by schools in other continents

Id love anyones input into this matter whos got their qualification in usa

Quite a few schools in the US offer the Cambridge CELTA. If you can, do that
