job guaranteed course and easy to live place

I am a teacher of English in Turkey and I couldn't decide which country and which course to attend. I am looking for a job guaranteed reliable course and the country doesn't matter as long as I have a job guarantee. On the other hand, it is wonderful if the course's place is cheap enough to live and also job guarantee.

My advice is NEVER to do a course with a guaranteed job offer. The reason? Simple, the course provider gets you in with the promise of a job and only then do you find out that the job is either badly paid or in a terrible school or something like that.
If a course provider helps with job assistance then that's another matter, but tying the course and the job so close is dangerous in my opinion.
Get the job yourself or through a reputable agency.
