I'm not familiar with the course you mentioned, but I am well acquainted with ten or so others. I think you've answered your own question - the math is basic. However, there are serious doubts as to whether such a cramming would be pedagogically advisable for TESOL course, or any other on-line, distance, or home study program, whatever the subject.
To plough ten hours into such an activity would involve a 14 - 15 hour day, only you know how good your concentration is over such a period. Therefore the ultimate answer to your question can only be your own estimation of what you as a person are capable of. I would not attempt it, but I was never one for intellectual acrobatics, or getting into the Guinnes Book.
