How do you tell a good Job from a bad job offer.I know that to avoid positions that say they wont be taxed but other than obvious signs like that,how do you weed out the offers from bad schools?

Does anyone know what the British English and New Dance Academy in Japan is like?Ive seen postings for a job there and need to know what its like?Good ,Bad?
Any hints would be good.

Oxford seminars TESL course has a good reputaion here in Canada .Its the one im taking.Ive also heard good things about CELTA though its a lot more money.

I dont know wich i would take either.Oxford is cheaper by far and it does have a very good reputation here in Canada.But in still undecided.
