I am currently looking for Native English speaking teachers who meet the below requirements to work at OHA Language Academy in Cheonan, South Korea. We need 2 teachers to start work September 1st, 2008.
Location: Cheonan is on the Seoul Subway Line 1. Check out our website www.oha.co.kr (although it is all in Korean you can view some recent photos in our gallery). Cheonan is a short and inexpensive ($4) bus ride to central Seoul. It is classified as a "small" city (pop. 500,000) complete with a bustling downtown, access to plenty of Western amenities, artsy coffee shops, a beautiful temple hike (hiking trails 15 mins. from your apartments), Korean culture and provides you the chance to save more money when compared with big-city life. The school has an excellent work environment with both foreign and Korean language teachers.

OHA English Academy is a privately owned institution that has an adult division for University and Company workers. Our curriculum is well developed, focusing on conversation and there are great resources on hand for lessons. The class sizes are small with 12 or fewer students.
The workweek is Monday through Friday, and you are guaranteed random 12 days off throughout the year a month as a vacation (usually given in 3-day bulk).
The owner/director is a kind and successful businessman who has been operating English schools for 12 years. As the chairman for the Cheonan Hagwon Association and Professor in Dankook Univ, Dr. Lee ensures that you are treated well and you have a great experience in Korea. The OHA language academy is big and the staff is wonderful, friendly and very helpful. The school facility is clean, modern and has comfortable access to the Internet for both students and teachers. You will be living in a nice and clean single apartment only 10 min walking distance to the school.

Salary 2.8 mill won (based on 35 hours a week, overtime is available but not required to work. If desired lees hours for less money is available).
1 month severance pay at the end of the contract.
Round-trip airfare provided.
Spacious apartments (office tel, includes 24 hour convenience store, gym, billiard room, internet cafe), paid accommodation (teachers pay utilities).
Monthly advances on pay checks available.
Apartments are furnished.
