If you are finally accepted as a teacher in our university, you can get these things:
1.A 2-bedroom furnished apartment with color TV set, refrigerator, air conditioner, window screens, telephone, kitchen and bathroom, rent-free( the teachers need to pay the telephone fee,gas and electricity fee that he/she consumed).
2.Airfare allowance of US$ from 500 to 1,000(according to the place where are you from) per academic year will be reimbursed at the end of the contract.
3.salary 3,500-4,500 RMB, paid monthly from the day to work till the end of the work. This salary is dependent on the candidate¡¯s qualifications and teaching experience. Any overtime is paid monthly as incurred.
4.The teaching load is no more than 20 hours per week for the English Faculty. Teaching is within 8 a.m.-5:30 p.m. core hours Monday-Friday.
5.Spring Festival paid 3-4 weeks vacation in January.
6.Modern English textbooks and necessary facilities provided
7.bonus(conditional) : about 1000-1500RMB
8.The students are about 20 years old (normally 18-22),and each class have about 40-65 students.
