Read out the following definitions to the student, and see if they can understand which compound nouns etc. you are describing. Write each one up on the board as they say it or you explain it.

When all the expressions are up on the board, get the students to guess the business situation of the Case Study they are going to do. Let them read the description on Page 28 to check, then continue as in the book.
