Free books for teachers in Korea and Japan

but let me know which ones you want quickly, because I’ll need to make sure they stay or go when I go back to Korea this weekend. Here they are, mainly from OUP and with the most recent ones at the top:

Business Result Advanced

Business Result Elementary

New English File Beginner

Business English Language Practice (Delta)

Family and Friends Alphabet Book

Advanced Learners by Alan Maley

Happy Earth American English 2

Project 1 and 2 Third Edition

Storytelling with Children 2nd edition by Andrew Wright

Formulaic Language: Pushing the boundaries by Alison Wray

Fantastic Flyers (Delta)

Macbeth the ELT graphic novel (Heinle Cengage learning)

Meetings (Delta)

Penguin Active Reader series (10 books with CD/ CD ROM)

Teenagers by Gordon Lewis

Oxford English for Careers- Nursing 1, Commerce 1, Commerce 2, Technology 1, Tourism 2

The Business Intermediate (Macmillan)

If you want one, all I need from you is a review of about 600 words, and in the unlikely event you need it I will happily walk you through the process (80% of reviewers say they need help but no more than 10% ever do). Just leave a comment here or email via the Contact Me button top right.

I was going to say that this list is a good continuation of my recent post on ELT publishing trends, but as that was officially the least popular post of the last 12 months I guess that would interest only the most hardcore TEFL otaku (e.g. me)

    Hi Alex,
I would be happy to review Andrew Wright’s book if you can get them to send it to me in Dublin. By the way, your recent post on ELT publishing trends was extremely interesting to even a slightly less hardcore otaku than yourself.

That’s the Dublin just outside Nagoya BTW. Duh!

  3. Alex Case Says:

All postage comes out of my own pocket, so afraid Dublin isn’t my first choice! Any more for any more?
