Letter from a reader- Windsor Schools
“Hello Alex,
I am writing to find out who owns your balanced “forum” of ideas. You will know that the web is a place for all-comers to denigrate others without the need for any material explanation or proof- some it seems make this a sick life’s work.
As I say please let me know the owner or CEO as soon as possible so that my lawyers can write to him/her/them and initiate some dialogue or potentially some action.
If I do not hear I will advise my Law firm to use all methods to seek this information out.
You may also need to be called to give evidence in the matter I refer to, since you are clearly a “voice” in this sector.
You cam reach me on 01753-858995 or on the mail address.
Yours sincerely,
Paul S Lowe
Windsor Schools
paul@windsorschools.eclipse.co.uk“
Very odd, as there is not one mention of Windsor Schools on TEFLtastic, and most of my readers have probably never heard of it. Until now, that is…
For the record, I always avoid commenting on TEFL scams and such like that I do not have direct knowledge of, but if this is indeed Paul Lowe (I have no way of confirming his identity), this is sufficiently proof for me that he is a man whose unpleasant manner, dodgy spelling and punctuation, heavy handed way with lawyers (he didn’t even try telling me what was offensive and asking nicely to take it down) and incompetence (e.g. inability to find the clearly marked owner’s name on TEFL.net) mean he is a man whose company is best avoided. He has also ensured himself another enemy in the TEFL world and that any search of his school’s name will come up with almost entirely negative comments.

Another email today:
“I am sending you this again Mr Case in case you did not register it the first time- ”
What a thoroughly unpleasant fellow. And what’s more one with too much time on his hands- when I was running a school and running teacher training courses I was far too busy actually trying to make them better to reply to any comments I found on the web.
March 7th, 2008 at 10:13 am
dear mr case
perhaps you also think that writing in lower case for speed is a grammatical error- if you “ran a school” (is it still there?), it is my prediction that you were and are one of the plodders ending up on a trade site with no prospects of anything better ever again
i have written to the owner (yes his picture is there) of your site saying I will sue him if he doenst remove your, curiously, very simlar to other bile, bile, from the web-
he/you may not choose to do so, but although I continue to succeed even under the yoke of people like you, you have not even started to feel the effects from this side of the divide
the poetry and the prose mr case, only connect… oh okay forget it…
you will at the earliest opportunity of course do the inevitable and predictable from over there in cambridge- and post this for the nightly feeding frenzy by the, very mediocre and deluded, on hate sites - a shame that they have no other existence
this will make good fodder for the various bodies which deal with traceable poisoners

Paul
Thanks for your continued contributions to my site, which have resulted in me going from having no mention of Paul Lowe and Windsor Schools to being the top Google search result for “Paul Lowe TEFL” and hence gaining 20 new readers over the last 2 days. This could now mean that anything I wanted to say about you would also come out top on Google, making it even more difficult for you to make whatever your point is. I am not, however, going to exploit that position of power, because I know nothing about Windsor Schools. This is because, quite frankly, I always found the stories of your exploits a bit sordid and tedious, and my interests in TEFL have always been more on the navel gazing rather than the campaigning side. However, with nothing to go on but your emails over the last 3 days I can say without any fear of contradiction that you are a nasty piece of work that should not only be out of TEFL, but should probably be on some kind of medication.
When you came onto TEFLtastic having googled “Wally Windsor EL Gazette”, you only looked at 4 pages of the blog. None of those four pages mentioned you, your school, or anything connected to them. I can say that with full confidence, because nothing on the site mentioned any of those things- until, that is, you sent your very unspecific and threatening email. If you were seriously going start a court case, I would have thought collecting evidence like that would be a good start- something you have obviously failed to do because my blog clearly states that I am in Japan, rather than Cambridge, with which I have no connection.
I look forward to continuing this online communication in order to keep my Google rankings high
Yours
Alex

well mr c (”c” is for case right?)- since you purport to represent this site and it is based in cambridge….. however me thinks (the drudge that you palpably are) doth protest too much!
I will of course be following up my actions not with the monkey but rather with.. well you may know the adage
so you have never heard of windsor although references have been on the same site you “work” for for months-
clearly you are far too glamourous to be just a “rep” (reptile) in another city??
you wont be bothered first hand again - my dealings are much further up the chain of being-
as for nasty pieces of work mr c- it would seem from your own side of the exchanges that you are not only well versed in this area, but surpassing keen on it, though mediocre
if as with others if your marque of human, you may “tap in” to see if you are READ … so you will NOT be gratified to know that you are now expunged as a person from my mind and your master/s will face the legal outcome
have a nice day
March 7th, 2008 at 10:44 pm
As I said, keep taking the medication- there is no mention of Windsor Schools or Paul Lowe on TEFLtastic before the start of this pointless communication. If you wish to hire a high priced lawyer in order to confirm that fact please go ahead.

It’s just plain bizarre, this whole business. PL seems to enjoy going about making enemies, just so that he can threaten them with legal action, or whatever.
AVOID THIS LOONY!!

Wally Windsor Says:

Aah, just like Pakis in Bradford, really
mr essberger- i am deeply puzzled is it that your site is here to educate and enlighten or as a forum for poison and racism? very strange- but i do feel we should explore them matter openly and comprehensively
mr case clearly feels he is above morality- i fear he is tainting you and the rest of the good work
shame also that with his long history he still has’nt learned how to spell villains
March 9th, 2008 at 9:12 pm
Paul
In this case, I think you have a good point about racist comments, and it was one that I thought was better coming from a reader than from me. I hardly think that is what you were threatening to sue because of, though. There are no comments on your business practices here, and any other comments are based on the evidence of your own words on this site and are in response to your own attacks.

Paul
As you will see, I have quickly dealt with your legitimate complaints about racist comments and my own spelling without complaint. If you can in any way explain your original vague complaints and threats to sue, you can be ensured of the same quick and efficient response. If you cannot point to a reference to your business dealings and relationship with the law (and you cannot, as there has never been anything on TEFLtastic about those topics), then as I mentioned before with a genuine desire to help you stop digging your own grave, the more you protest, the more you ensure that the internet is a place where the feelings of the new enemies you make will come top of any Google search.

alex- the internet, as you know and as i come to learn, is both a sewer and a means for the saddest elements in the world to vent their spleen
the constant references to my state of mind and and my professional demise are a little rich considering i have been under their yoke for about a year and a half, and for reasons of being better and brighter than those with lame comic-book names that the very dim choose to dub themselves on the web, have reinvigorated my business - i suggest that you stop giving me the benfit of “good advice” since palpably i dont need it-
if i seek to expunge the vileness which i see on the web i do it because i CHOOSE to and this will of course include your own “dodging and weaving” between trying to sound rational and respectable and trawling the gutter like all the other plankton you share a genus with- sorry but it is so
March 10th, 2008 at 1:22 pm
it seems also alex that i can now hunt down all the various entries a person makes (i am learning all the time) - racism and treating with the poisoners- projecting their agendas of hatred to the world at large-
you are not immune to bile and venom and thus, all that you have done, (largely it would appear unsuccessfuly) and all your japanese adventures, all your grubby dealings with scum like the “bradford paki basher” takes you further in to the gutter and away from noble notions you dissemble over in the pretence of enlightening the world through english

Yawn!
Get a life

EDITED
By the end of this month there will be no less than two dozen blogs featuring Paul Lowe and Windsor TEFL in existence - all easily reachable by a simple web search. I’ll make sure of that. Each blog will contain at least a dozen articles about you - I mean, it’s not as if there’s a shortage of that, is there?
So, get together your team of backstreet lawyers and gutter-level aides (your family, for example), and see what can be done. I have a feeling you’ll be so busy putting out fires, and have no time to run your sordid little ‘business’ (i.e., fraud), that you’ll be out of work by the end of the year.
Especially when my friend the taxman comes knocking on your door!!
March 10th, 2008 at 6:37 pm
yes indeed - says it all- two cliches in quick suck-cession - what a clever boy you are
i am, of course, not finished with you yet- we have a long way to go…. portraying yourself as a champion of englsih and liberal thinkers
what a lot of lessons you have still to learn
March 11th, 2008 at 12:01 am
Paul
Whilst I still thank you for your continued contributions, which have made this thread my most read ever and in which you have made our point about you being a man to avoid with your own words better than we ever could, you just making the same vague threats is getting rather tedious. I suggest, therefore, that we get to the point. If you do indeed have a lawyer, please ask them to write to me and/ or the site editor stating exactly which language is libellous, and under exactly which laws. If that is indeed the case, that language will be changed or removed, leaving only your own words here- something you will no doubt be proud to show prospective teachers, teacher trainers, investors, students and trainees.
Any other communication will result in you being blocked, after which I will make a choice selection of your comments and change it into another post, perhaps “Paul Lowe in his own words”. As you will no doubt think that is some kind of restriction on your freedom of speech, I suggest you set up a “Support Paul Lowe” and/ or “Anti-TEFLtastic” free blog on TEFL.net blogs, where your friends, family, satisfied customers and people who think I have treated you badly here can leave lots of messages of support.

We got a mention on the ever fabulous TESall ticker:

Just for interest, I am doing an MA in TESOL, specialising in teaching people with psychological issues (eg prisoners, asylum seekers and so on). I will be using some of Mr Lowe’s material posted here to use as examples of ‘disturbed English.’

It seems to have declined from shoddy and full of rather embarrassing intermediate learner type mistakes to a complete word salad. I wonder if the tirade of ill-connected and irrelevant stuff makes sense in his head. If it does, it’s terrifying to think of the lengths he has had to go to just to rationalise, of irrationalise, his predicament. He’s up to his eyes in debt, bailiffs are banging on the door and he’s attacking TeflTastic and threatening to sue over things it hasn’t done. Wonderful priorities, wonderful guy.

Although you have still not offered an apology or taken away the threat to sue, I am going to give you one more chance to comment. Again, vague rambling threats will result in you being blocked.

Mr Paul Lowe- Compare and Contrast
“When we begin to disconnect from our mind and its fixed
opinions an unexplainable mystery happens — life gets
easier and better and better. Everything starts to click
into place. Anger and judgment dissipate, a feeling of
freedom descends and a gentle peace starts to permeate
our whole being. ”
(Paul G Lowe), quoted from the blog of Ben Winkler:
http://benwinkler-lifecoach.blogspot.com/2008/03/preconditioning.html
“you were and are one of the plodders ending up on a trade site with no prospects of anything better ever again”
“you have not even started to feel the effects from this side of the divide”
“me thinks (the drudge that you palpably are) doth protest too much”

Paul S Lowe, quotes from one email and several comments posted by himself (!) on TEFLtastic blog
PS- You want to hear the really ironic thing? A journalist friend of mine tells me that somewhere in those comments HE has libelled ME!
March 18th, 2008 at 1:33 pm
What exactly is the story with the EFL Gazette - are they planning an expose of Paul Lowe EFL Windsor Schools etc?
March 18th, 2008 at 4:25 pm
Simon, I believe that they are. They certainly have enough information to nail him - I sent them it!
March 18th, 2008 at 7:57 pm
Well let’s hope they stick to the facts, not the rumours about what went on in the garden of 21 Osbourne Road, Windsor Schools TEFL office. That is just libellous.
March 24th, 2008 at 9:10 pm
Interesting comments - it has obviously done your blog a world of good. These people dig their own grave, don’t they. I had a similar thing happen on my blog, and I made the comment into a post. The guy had really let loose:
” You clearly know nothing about the country. How long have you been here? One, two or three years…still u know nothing…One ppl do not try to convert you…Two it is advised to wear conservatively here and not to provoke the other gender, and by means to other gender male workers who are mainly Indians or low labors ..dont know if you heard about the rape ratio here, thanks to the disrespectful those who wonder around in tiny mini skirts with half of their bum showing off and sleeveless tops” (http://qatarvisitor.blogspot.com/2007/05/comments.html)
I eventually had to put a stop to it after the guy started imagining I was making negative comments about Islam - not a rumor you want to encourage in a Wahabbi country!
March 25th, 2008 at 9:02 pm
I’m not entirely comfortable with the previous post. Was it done by Paul Lowe?
March 28th, 2008 at 7:08 pm
Cracking stuff! Are you going to publish? And there’s me thinking that the corporate world was the bastion of cut-’n-thrust. I start my TEFL course tomorrow: I’m even more excited now! Incidentally, it’s “graphic novel” - not “comic-book”.

I think Alex was wise to delete the previous post.
