New FCE Masterclass Video mini review
Weird idea- a video for the FCE writing paper- but it works. The use of video means that you can concentrate on the writing paper in class whilst having a mix of skills and interactions- difficult to arrange otherwise. The book is also set up to provide students with most of the ideas they need the first time they do a writing task, leaving them to concentrate on the language. Each unit deals with a particular kind of writing task, and also spends some time a particular language point connected with writing, such as conjunctions. Particularly good for classes that aren’t using a textbook. Recommended.
