The main thing that sets this course apart from other hotel and tourism language courses is its presentation- it looks like a general English textbook, with good use of colour etc. I’ve never found a book that any one student working in a hotel needs to cover all of, but if you have a group class that needs a textbook, this would be my recommendation.
